Lots Of Fun For Everyone

We are still planning for 2017 but here is a sample of the activities we offered last year.

FIREWORKS DISPLAY

FWORKSOur first fireworks display last year left everyone in awe prompting a flood of comments from onlookers that they were best fireworks they had ever seen.

Again when the festival comes to an end at 8pm, celebrations will close with a another amazing display to help us finish on a high.

WIDE BAY'S OWN MKR CHAMPS - DAN & STEPH

Dan stephDan & Steph Mulheron became the lovable every day Aussie couple on the fourth series of channel Seven’s largest cooking show, My Kitchen Rules.

Since taking out the title of ‘Champions’ in 2013, they have continued to work extremely hard on goals they set.

They have opened their own restaurant called EAT at Dan & Steph’s in their home town of Hervey Bay QLD, published their first cookbook in November 2014 ‘EAT @ Home’, their second cookbook ‘Meat & Sweet’ was released in July 2015 & in March 2015 opened their second business called School House Espresso, also in Hervey Bay – which they are excited to BE franchising over the next few years.

Their biggest goal in life was achieved when Dan & Steph introduced their first child into the world, a daughter Emmy, born in late April – it was the reason why they went on MKR to win – as they had to travel the IVF route to achieve their goal & now she is finally here!

Dan & Steph have a huge passion for food & family and we are excited to have them and their EAT at Dan & Steph’s Gourmet Sausage Stall at the festival this year.
